Baffling crimes and seemingly motiveless murders are investigated by Wallander leading to surprising and shocking discoveries in three compelling feature length films ("Sidetracked", "Firewall" and "One Step Behind"). The series is based on the best-selling books by Henning Mankell - an international publishing phenomenon with 25 million copies sold worldwide.
The series won 6 awards at the British Academy Television Award in 2009, including Best Drama Series and Best Production Design.
The three-part series was for BBC One and Masterpiece.
